Catan gold still 0 after I successfully bought it
I bought 500 catan gold from the App Store successfully and received the receipt from apple. But there’s still 0 gold in my account.
Need someone from customer service help!
I'm sorry as there seems to have been an error between Apple's system and the CU backend as indeed no purchase was registered to your account. Please forward the invoice from Apple to our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org as proof of purchase and they'll be happy to assist you.
