Game purchases not showing, customer service?



  • I bought the base and seafarers addition which shows in my apple purchases but the game doesn’t recognize it. Apparently I wasn’t activated when I bought them and thought I was?

    How do I reach customer support for help on this?

    Please contact support@catanuniverse.com (preferably add your App Store receipts as well in one mail) and we'll help you resolve this issue asap. I checked your account and don't see any purchases, so there seems to have been a communication error between the App Store and the player backend. We'll be able to resolve this quickly once the purchases have been verified.
