Gold not being updated
Hello, last week I bought 500 pieces of gold and my account has not been updated, but the money has been taken from my bank account.
I have emailed the support address twice but they don't answer.
Does anyone know what to do in this case?
SAME HERE - I am so frustrated about this. I bought 3000 gold in DECEMBER and have never seen it - the money was definitely taken however ... and I have contacted the support email address several times.
