Lost my purchase

  • No access anymore to paid expansions. After an update I lost all the data, so cannot play unlimited games. Did anyone experienced this before? I will not make additional purchases since it is not my fault that the expansions are not recognized anymore. Hope that someone can help me!

    Did you maybe make purchases and an unregistered user and then registered afterwards? Nevertheless, please let me know what you had purchased before and we'll make sure to help you out! I've sent you a direct message here as well.

  • @Administrator Same thing happened to me. I had the basic game. Not a biggie but my avatar lost his beard too. Seems like a lot of user info got lost in the update.
    Purchased gold through the applestore.
