Email incorrectly linked to a new profile
Hello. Happy new year.
I'm hoping you can help me. Somehow the system has incorrectly linked my email to a blank account and I have therefore lost my entire playing history. I used to play via either my phone, under the username Equipe, or on my tablet, using the username jollyOtter.
There has always been something awkward with logging in and at times I've had to do so without registering. The system recently obliged me to do so, even to play a multiplayer game. When I did, via activation codes and password resets to my email, the profile that opened was this totally new one, just using the first letters of my email (bcntim) to create a blank profile.
Please can you assist in reverting my email (email@example.com) to be linked to my now years old Catan profile Equipe or jollyOtter.
