Hello. Thank you for helping me.
I wouldn't be exaggerating when I say that I have dropped several spots in the ELO rankings due to other users who go offline after the start of a game. This happened today with the user ByCristian. I tried to rejoin several times and I was stuck in that game with this user. I was ironically kicked from this game and dropped from 45 down to 47. This has happened at least over a dozen times.

Is there any way we can be disconnected from games and it not count against us? Especially when it is not our fault.

It has now happened again with the user Buzz The Builder. He shows as offline and I am unable to get out of the game without being kicked. So I have to just leave this here and hope Buzz The Builder gets back online. Meanwhile, I'm unable to play.
