Bought in game gold - hasnt shown up in my account



  • Bought 900 in game gold - (for 7.99) the billing went though but I am not seeing the gold in my account.
    waited a day. restarted my phone. checked to see if there were any game updates I missed.
    what should I do ?

    @TTaz best reach out to support@catanuniverse.com regarding this issue and include the receipt you got from the Appstore or GooglePlay Store



  • @TTaz I am surprised they didn't suggest logging out and then back in. That usually works.
