Unable to restart a game due to rejoin

I realise there are a few other posts here. I am unable to start any games at all, due to my app constantly on ‘rejoin’. We were in the middle of a game when it just stopped, and it has been trying to rejoin the game ever since. This was 2 nights ago. I have tried logging out and back in again, in addition to deleting the app and reinstalling the app. The same thing is happening to my partners game as well. A fix would be very much appreciated as you can imagine this is very frustrating. Thanks.

it is so hard to understand and thus frustrating, as this major bug is known for nearly a week now, but instead of doing really everything to fix it in general, they just keep resetting single users who have the guts or wits to write here
and of course not during leisure time - who cares about the users?
