Rivals — trade issues

Two issues with Rivals I hope someone can solve
1.when the abbey is put, I can’t see the trade button

2. The large trade ship doesn’t work. I still need to trade 3;1
   I FEEL ROBBED since this is essentially the second time I’ve paid for this game — and the
   First version actually worked!
