Constantly being disconnected and can not return

The game progresses as normal, we are all around 5-6 points, its interesting, everyone plays fast.
All of a sudden, one guy takes a long time to play, nothing happens... I refresh the game, get back on logging screen, and get option to choose new singleplayer or multiplayer game? Why can't I go back to that game?
This happened quite a lot in the past few weeks.
I'm playing in Chrome browser.
