5. Scoring in Seafarers

Scoring in Seafarers

    I've played Seafarers a few times and each time I get beat when I think my opponent has fewer points than those awarded. For example:

    City - 1 for 2 pts
    Settlements - 3 for 3 pts
    Longest road - 2 pts
    Settle island - 2 pts

    I see this as 9 points but the game awarded them 11 (in a 10 point game)

    I have a screen shot but can't figure a way to upload it.

    Any suggestions?

    Screen shots can't be posted here. You would have to post it on a share site and post a link.

    If the player had Victory Point development cards that might explain it.

    @LemuelB2 Good point but how do you know. I believe scoring should be revealed at the end of the game.

    @geoahc That's a good point. It would be nice to see a points breakdown on the stats screen at game end. There are definitely times I wonder what happened.
