Opponent decided not to play

At the beginning when choosing the 2 First settlements an opponent decided not to play. Timer went down to 0 but nothing happened. I've been waiting for 15 minutes I'm obliged to leave the game

Same. I have had to quit out of 2 games in a row because of this. One C&K, one Seafarers. I'm on a PC laptop, using Firefox.
