Lost my in-app purchases

Hi there,
I bought the game and the expansion bundle on the 5th of August 2020. Unfortunately only yesterday I registered to Catan universe and once registered I lost all in-app purchases.
Can you please help? I sent an email with all invoice attachments to support@catanuniverse.com but have not received any answer yet.
