Games not won with victory cards

Hi, this is the second time this has happened. I got a victory card in mid game, upgraded cities and at 10 points the game just kept om going and I won at 11 instead.
I have a image of my victory and my points at 11 but I dont seem to be able to upload it go the post. If youd like I could email the proof to someone if this is a bug youre not aware of.
