Game freezes, after leaving next matches ends after 30 seconds

I just had to leave a blocked game and since then every new game ends after a few seconds:

If I then restart the game, I am informed that I have been offline for too long and was therefore removed from the game.

After 30 seconds!

Is this a new kind of punishment for leaving a game blocked on the server side?
