I can't place roads, buy dev cards, or trade with the bank.

Hi folks, I have tried this with both Browser and Steam versions of the game.

I 100% absolutely have the resources to build either a road, a dev card, a city, etc. The little black icon pops underneath my character name "Build Road"

I click it 100 times and nothing happens, I cannot spend my resources... Likewise I cannot trade with the bank because that button does not do anything.

I'm kind of at a lost, I have played this game before and it has worked correctly so I don't think I am doing something wrong....
