Locked out of Single player and Auto match options

My tutorial is green and I have completed Arrival to Catan, however the single player option and the auto match option are still locked. I have tried repeating Arrival to Catan and these options are still locked. Can you please review and unlock. User name dfcarbo. Thank you.

I have played single player several times before but now I getting the message "Cannot start game. You need at least one human opponent." I own the basic game and I've played the tutorial.
