Not receiving activation email with Code

Hi

I was looking forward to playing this game but it seems im not getting the activation e-mail with the Code. And yes, i have checked the spam folder several times.

Also, i keep getting the "you are offline" error message. I do have a solid internet connection and deactivated the firewall and the antivirus.
