I am trying to log onto my account, but it keeps saying "Access Denied. Account is Blocked." I am totally confused. I actually just purchased 10 scrolls to use and now I can't use with my account. Please explain why my account is blocked. I didn't receive an e-mail of any kind with any explanation.
