I’ve sent and resent an activation code and double checked that it is in fact the correct email address, waited more than 24 hours and not one of the dozen or so emails have come through. Please help

I cannot play anymore and paid 14.99 for the Cities and knights extension.

@bishy have you tried to manually log out and back in again? Click on your avatar, choose the option log out, then log back in again. This will establish a new connection to our servers.
