Adding friends

Me and My friends started playing Catan and we are trying to add each other as friends to be able to play together. however, when i go to search for friends i cant find them it tells me user does not exist. could anyone help me ?

Same problem here, and also causes connection error. Same issue for both Android and Desktop Browser. I think the problem is with their servers, extremely annoying.
