Account is acting up



  • Hi, is anyone else having this problem? I’m logged in, but it’s showing all my games are locked. Is my account locked? I’ve been kicked from several games over the last two days due to internet connection. It’s frustrating - my internet connection seems just fine (?). I appreciate any help!



  • @elliobl If your connection is interrupted, the games will seem to be locked.
    The problem will disappear as soon as you are connected again.
    By the way, if you will read a bit in the forum, you will find there is a long history of complaints about connection issues by players with otherwise excellent internet connection. The fault seems to be on the Catan side. There have been several attempts to improve this, but alas, the problem persists. :cry: :cry:

    For a temporal fix, you can try to

    • close every other application (since CU needs a lot of memory space)

    • logout and login again

    • end game and restart

    • try simply another time, on some days it´s better, on others it´s worse
