Enchanted Land Bug/Issue

I'm not sure how often, but the game gets stuck on an AI player "waiting for player action"
If there is something I am meant to respond to, I cannot find it. I quit and then continue and it is still stuck and I have to abandon the game. Am I missing something or is this some sort of bug in the game?
