Steam Purchase Did Not Transfer to Account - No Email Reply

    I purchased funds for buying the full version of the game through steam but the funds were never added to my account.

    I purchased the $3.99 400 Catan Gold pack but received none on my account. Steam dictated that the transaction went through on their end so there was an issue in your servers.

    My username on Steam and in Catan Universe are both ArenGoodwin.

    I would appreciate you resolving the issue as soon as possible.

    @ArenGoodwin depending on when you wrote the email it may take some time until our team is able to answer. Please note our team is based in Germany. Best also include your receipt from the store in the email. It should speed up the process for our support team.
