Can not reach server

After launching the Android app, it says "Can not reach server". Every time. It's been like that for a week or so. Just me?

I have tried all the tricks admin has suggested in previous posts.
Problem is definitely not my internet. We play all sorts of more complicated games with no connection issues. I did the delete in the AppData step as well, several times.
Working on a PC with WIN 10 via Steam .....
@Developers @administrators - please comment/advise and hopefully fix this ongoing annoying issue
