Purchased Board Game Bundle, but can't access



  • I purchased the board game bundle in December and it worked fine. Then, I needed to update my computer's operating system and reinstall the game. Now, I do not have access to the board game bundle that purchased. How do I get it to work again?

    @zmoss08 have you tried to log out an back into your account again? Click on your avatar and choose to log out. Then log back in. This will establish a new connection to our servers and fetch your account data as well-If this should not work, please contact us via support@catanuniverse.com
