Elo doesn't show during game

When a game ends, the Elo tab is blank. Dice stats and player stats show up, but I can't see anyone's Elo.

Is there an easy fix for this?

I have the same problem. See met posts on this subject. There doesn't seem tot be a solution. They told me i was the only one with this problem
