I dont get an activation code in my mailbox

  • I've made a new account for Catan Universe and messages are saying that i need to type in a code that i should have gotten in my mail. Problem is that i have no mails from Catan Universe. Ive tried to click on the butten to give me a new mail with a new code but still no mail.

    • Does CU have your correct and current :e-mail: email-address :question:

    • Besides, they are only capable of dealing with a single email-account. When I gave them 2 :e-mail: :e-mail: email-addresses to reach me, they could not handle it. :confused: :thought_balloon: :question: :thought_balloon: They treated me as two different persons. :busts_in_silhouette:

  • @Rumpelstilzchen Thx for the reaction. Its my only and current email adress and sadly no mail in the spam folder either.
