OFFLINE FOR A WEEK



  • I HAVE BEEN OFFLINE FOR A WEEK WITHOUT REASON. PLEASE HELP ME ONLINE AGAIN

  • i also have trouble loging in the past 2 days from multiple devices.. it always says cannot reach server

  • Workaround for "you are offline message":

    If you are on an android mobile device please try to clear the Apps cache and start the App again.
    If you are on an iOs mobile device please try to uninstall the App and download it again
    If you are playing the Browser version please clear your Cache

    If you are playing the steam version pc please do the following:

    1. open the windows start menu
    2. type %appdata%
    3. open the suggested folder (windows explorer will open)
    4. You are now in C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Roaming
    5. Switch back to C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\
    6. Open the local LocalLow folder
    7. Delete the folder: United Soft Media Verlag GmbH
      Start Catan Universe in Steam again

    Workaround for "cannot reach server" message:

    1. Try to manually log out and back in again
    2. Tap/Click on your avatar
    3. Choose log out
    4. The log back in again using your account credentials
