Inca build sites when starting new tribe

    I have noticed that some tiles are not able to be chosen when starting a new tribe. From first glance it looks like you can't choose anything within 2 sections of not just settlement/city locations, but also 2 sections from street sections. I didn't expect that since it said it should follow normal spacing rules. Anyone else notice this?

    @randhas1 Thank you for your feedback. Please note that you also can't settle in the jungle. Maybe you thought you could go there?

    I did understand about the outer jungle area. I just didn't expect valid building sites that we're not occupied and touched an enemy street to be off limits. I do understand why it might be that way, but I wanted to verify what situation was intentional and what might have been overlooked in testing.
