My Arrival on Catan is locked

My Arrival on Catan series is locked up during the Heading for New Shores scenario. It is the green persons turn, and has been stuck there for hours. I have exited the scenario and restarted, deactivated and reactivated Arrival, with no changes. How do I get the game unstuck?
