I can't start the custom game.

I have bought the extension of "Catan. Basic game" from the iphone, but I can't start the custom game. The "start game" button is dimmed even after you have set all the players and game parameters (victory points, dice mode, etc.).
I tried logging out and logging back in as I read here (https://forum.catanuniverse.com/topic/3758/ayuda-admin-error-304/2), but I was not successful.
How do I activate this option?

@jfq as far as I know you have to invite at least one human player to a costume game, otherwise you have to take the singplayer-mode.
