"You are offline"



  • same forme since yesterday.... i paid for extension, and i can't play online...



  • The browser users could try the following when using a Windows PC:

    Enter %appdata% in the windows search bar (on Windows 10 devices simply hit the Windows button on your keyboard and start typing)
    Click on the displayed folder
    The explorer will open
    Choose the folder AppData in the top line
    Then choose the Folder LocalLow
    You will find a Unity Folder there
    Delete it and load the game a new

    Please keep us updated if this resolves the issue for you



  • @Administrator @administrators I have tried to do your "solution" and it doesn't work. I don't have the Unity folder on my computer so that is not the problem.

    I have tried in all browsers(Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Firefox) and the problem persist in all of them.

    Did you do any update in the last days? Maybe that's the problem because is impossible that Catan Universe page suddenly stop working.

    i use firefox 60.0.2 (64bits)



  • @Administrator @administrators I also had to accept the terms of catan so for this reason I guess that you did an update. So please revert the update because all of us are having trouble.

  • Same issue here, since update I keep being told I'm offline, sometimes still lets me play but often not. Using android app.



  • I've been having the same problem for the last few days. I can't play anything and no matter what I do it still says I'm offline even though I have good wi-fi connection and can load literally everything else. I'm playing on chrome on a mac

    @administrator These "solutions" that you publicly post... how is this acceptable? Extremely unprofessional in the software development world. TEST YOUR FIXES BEFORE YOU LAUNCH. <---- this is the "industry standard"

    this "we can't create the problem on our end" excuse (and that's all that is, an excuse for incompetence) is unacceptable. come on. You are supposedly professional software developers. Your activity on this forum is far from professional.

  • extremely unprofessional response to the problem, for the solutions admins gave in 2 opportunities seems that youy guys dont know what is wrong.

  • @JCPutman seems to me that the problem might be with WiFi. At least my devices aren’t connecting on WiFi since update



  • @Administrator = log in with my credentials and try it.



  • On Firefox on a Mac and getting thee same thing as everyone else. This just started a couple days ago, I'm assuming with the last game update. The game is no longer playable, and it sounds like the problem is across several platforms.
