Single Player still locked after arrival on catan browsing

Hi, I've completed the arrival on catan a number of times and the single player mode is still locked. Any ideas?? Thanks

@Yellow-Guin I unlocked you rewards manually but I´ll lock this thread since there is already another one we use for issues with AoC.
