Completed Arrival on Catan but Single Player game still locked

I have completed the "Arrival" at least 3 times, still not unlocked the Single player mode. Seems the progress in "Arrival" is not saved and resets every time i log in

@Ranglefant1 We checked your account and manually unlocked the rewards. This should resolve the issue for you.

I am having the same issue on android. Played trough "Arrival on Catan" but single player is still locked...
