Getting Gold

Hello, I log in but have not received the gold required to buy the expansions. How do I get this in my account? All posts I've seen say that this is currently free but I can't seem to find how to get the gold.

It is not free. You have to buy gold in the store, if you want to play the full base game or the expansions.
Otherwise you only can play the freematch - which means only "first island" with always the same board and the same numbers.
