Need help fast, computer player lags

Hello everyone,
I need help fast. I have entered a basic game and 1 player left and I think a computer player took over but now this player is lagging and I don't get the turn and I will probably win this turn. Any idea how I can solve this now? If I leave the game I will get penalty for abandoning game.

The player doesn't have a name so it is definetely a computer player. Normally the turn should end automatically but it doesn't so this is clearly a bug in the game grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
