First game back, AI froze.

A player left mid-game replaced by AI. Froze in his first turn after completing a few actions. Waited 10 minutes then i left the game.

@administrators @Developers Ai Frezees all the time in a past 10 games half of them Ai Froze after player was exchanged to it. Hot Fix SHOULD BE DONE we paid money for this
