A short update on the issues that were reported on December 25th-27th: Regrettably technical problems at our backend partner Gamesparks caused severe latency issues as well as frequent disconnects and synchronisation issues during these days. These were resolved on the 27th. After that our backend team checked our servers and confirmed that there were no further problems with these systems. We are currently in contact with Gamesparks to discuss the necessary steps to ensure this does not happen again.
