@Lutzilla Thank you very much for your feedback. That's a very unique issue. Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it?

Mouse wheel didn't zoom for me but it was possible to drag the board up to see the draw pile.

There are some icons below your name with tooltips 'End Turn', 'Buy Development Card', etc., but clicking on them doesn't do anything (using Firefox).
