admin and support are not in over weekends and holidays, only peer support.
The server stability has been a longtime problem on Catan Universe for the last 3 years. You will find hundreds of posts on this matter. Developers are aware of it and working on a longtime solution. But to untangle the spaghetti code that probably caused this will take some time.
For a short-term fix you can try the following:
empty browser chache and close other apps, or
logout/ login or
deinstall/ reinstall the game
If these suggestions don´t help, write an email directly to support.
They will respond on monday. Good luck!
@wipecraft that's true, commoditys and Ressources are looking kinda the sane anyways, if you only see the Background coulour. Something should change there. 👍
If you are encountering that issue please close the App completely and restart it again. This issue occurs if you log in manually when the App is already running.
We are also working on a hotfix to resolve the issue.
